Our After Sale Service
We offer a 1-year warranty. Within the warranty period, on-site repairs and training are provided free of charge (excluding consumable parts). Repairs requiring replacement parts due to improper use or non-product quality issues are not covered by free service.
Upon receiving a repair request, we will promptly reach the site and resolve the issue—with customer needs at the core and customer satisfaction as our standard.
We respond quickly to quality-related feedback, provide timely support and clear replies, ensuring complete satisfaction with product quality.
Customers can consult technical issues via our after-sales hotline and receive clear solutions.
Once equipment arrives at your site, we will conduct on-site technical service at your scheduled time, including free guidance on installation, debugging, technical consultation, and training for your operators and maintenance staff.
For performance failures during normal use, we guarantee the above warranty services. Additionally, we comply with all applicable national laws and regulations regarding such services.
During the warranty period, paid repair services apply in the following cases:
- Damage caused by human factors or unavoidable natural phenomena;
- Malfunctions or damage due to improper operation;
- Malfunctions or damage resulting from modification, disassembly, or reassembly of the product.

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: T/T and Trade Assurance.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Generally, for small machines (50bar ~ 500bar), the delivery is arranged in about 3 ~ 5 days. For large machines (500bar ~ 1500bar), it takes about 7 ~ 15 days. For machines with 1500 ~ 3500bar, the delivery is scheduled in approximately 25 ~ 30 days.
Q: From which port do you ship the goods?
A: Qingdao, Ningbo, Shanghai, or Guangzhou—whichever is more convenient for you.
Q: Can I inspect the goods?
A: To ensure the interests of both parties, we support inspections of the goods at our factory by the buyer or a third party commissioned by the buyer before shipment. We will also conduct self-inspections and send photos and videos to the buyer prior to delivery.
